okay so practically the plan would be like this..
2.00 - meet at the function room
2.30 - games
- swim
- bathe / change into christmas clothes?
- prepare food
7.00 - start eating (:
- more games!
- christmas carols
- gifts exchanging time! (:
- clean up the place and all
9.00 - go home
